We are The Friends Group of your local RSPCA Centre at Leybourne, near West Malling, Kent.
The RSPCA Leybourne Animal Centre was built with the support of the national RSPCA and local branches and opened in June 1996.
The Friends of the RSPCA Leybourne Animal Centre was established even before the building was completed and has not looked back since. We are a group of dedicated volunteers who help to raise funds to help the animals at the Centre.
I know that you all would like to help the centre raise some well needed funds and we can do this by:
Taking to the centre your old Christmas cards, wrapping paper, cardboard, newspaper etc after Christmas and place in the large recycling skip in the corner of the car park.
Ask your friends and families to do the same.
Ask at your work place if you could place a box with a notice asking for old Christmas Cards.
Recycling does not only apply to Christmas but all year round so lets see what we can do.
The amount that the centre is paid for the recycling has now dropped so they need our help more than ever.
